South Korean male group ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo has risen as a fan favourite when it comes to acting as well as singing. ROOKIE HISTORIAN GOO HYE RYEONG (2019)
Cha Eun Woo played the role of a charming royal prince in the drama Rookie Historian Goo Hye Ryeong. He is paired opposite Shin Se Kyung. His character is innocent, often child-like and yet possessed a strong determination to right the wrongs. This was the first historical for Cha Eun Woo as he moved away from regular roles coming his way and showing a refreshing side of himself.

 

TOP MANAGEMENT (2018)
In this drama, Cha Eun Woo plays an idol singer Woo Yeon Woo in Top Management, a web series on YouTube. The series also stars Ahn Hyo Seop and Seo Eun Soo in lead roles. He, along with the cast members released several OSTs for the web series under SOUL - their band’s name from the series. Im Soo Hyang played the lead role as Kang Mi Rae, and Cha Eun Woo appeared as her romantic interest Do Kyung Suk. He played the role of a cold looking, but warm-hearted person who often saved Kang Mi Rae from awkward situations. Cha Eun Woo played a supporting role in Hit The Top. His character was named MJ, a spoilt and funny celebrity. His role in the drama was short, but it was quite memorable. 2017 was still initial days in Cha Eun Woo’s acting career, but he carried out the role without any hiccups.
