Ranveer Singh's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has finally been released and the actor has again arrived with yet another impeccable performance. Having fully drenched in the character of a handsome, outgoing, and flamboyant Delhi guy, Rocky Randhawa, he has again proved that his calibre to entertain audiences is unmatchable. In a recent chat, Marvel’s Disney+ series Secret Invasion director Ali Selim said that he would love to work with Ranveer. The filmmaker also had dinner with the actor recently.
Speaking to News18 recently following the finale of Secret Invasion, Ali Selim revealed, “I just had dinner with Ranveer Singh and it was a lovely meal. He paid for it – it was a great experience. And I would love to work with him.”
He also sent his best wishes to the actor for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and said, “I love him and I wish him all the best always and I look forward to working together.”
When asked if he had a certain role in mind for Ranveer Singh, either in the Marvel Cinematic Universe or otherwise, Selim added, “I am sure he and I will find something that’s right for both of us.”
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is currently seen on the big screen as Rocky in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Helmed by Karan Johar, the film also stars Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Tota Roy Chowdhary and Churni Ganguly. On the other hand, Ranveer is yet to announce his next projects but he is reportedly starring in the third instalment of Don franchise, which will be a reboot. He has also signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra alongside Alia Bhatt. Both projects are yet to be announced.
