Sharvari on Being an Assistant Director: "It’s a Thankless Job" Before making her big acting debut, Sharvari worked behind the scenes as an Assistant Director. During the interview, she recalled how challenging yet rewarding the role was. "It's a tough job, and the fact that everybody puts in so much effort behind the camera, and then you just see their names in the end credits, it doesn't do justice to the amount of work that they do behind the camera," she explained.

Sharvari went on to highlight the tireless effort of ADs in the filmmaking process, stating, "You're on your feet for 12-hour shifts, constantly doing something. I think what I learned is that it is a thankless job." She explained the immense contribution of the entire film crew, saying, "Films are not just made by actors and directors; it's a whole big team and a crew who make films." Sharvari On Parents’ Reaction On Dream Of Becoming Actor In the same interview, Sharvari also shared the story of how her journey into acting began. "When I told them I wanted to shift from science to arts, they were okay with it."

Sharvari credited her father for encouraging her to pursue formal acting training. "I remember my dad found an article in a newspaper about Anupam Kher’s acting school and suggested I enroll. They were the first ones to pay for my acting classes because I wasn't earning any money at the time," she shared.
