For the unversed, the teaser of the film was previously unveiled in theatres exclusively during the occasion of Diwali along with releases like Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Furthermore, audiences are aware that it marks the debut of Aaman Devgan, who is the nephew of Ajay Devgn and Rasha Thadani, who is the daughter of Raveena Tandon and film distributor Anil Thadani. Interestingly, the film also features Ajay Devgn in a gripping, powerful role, alongside the talented Diana Penty as his love interest.

Speaking of the film, Azaad is set against the backdrop of the British Raj and aims at showcasing an emotional bond of friendship and loyalty between man and animal. Promising to be a big screen adventure, the teaser shares the background story of a warrior who idolizes his grandfather and sets out to find his ‘loyal friend’ – a horse.
