Siddhant Chaturvedi on his approach to roles: "I'm not here to fit in, I’m here to disrupt the market"

Siddhant Chaturvedi took an unconventional route with Dhadak 2, where he stars opposite Triptii Dimri, exploring a new emotional space with the upcoming film.

Siddhant Chaturvedi, who often takes on varied roles, said he’s never been interested in repeating himself. “If people liked me in one kind of role, that doesn’t mean I’ll keep doing it. I don’t want to be known for just one thing,” he said. “The joy lies in transformation and in constantly challenging myself.”

In an industry where actors often build a market around a single image, Siddhant Chaturvedi shared his approach to roles. “I’ve not come here to maintain the market, I’m here to disrupt it,” he said. “I want to appeal to different age groups, different regions, different mindsets. That’s how I grow not just as an actor, but as a person.”

Dhadak 2, directed by Shazia Iqbal, explores a story rooted in love and rebellion, tackling deep-rooted societal divides. And Siddhant, with his screen presence and emotional depth, is all set to bring an intensity to the love story.

From Gully Boy to Gehraiyaan and now Dhadak 2, Siddhant Chaturvedi has consistently taken on varied roles, opting for projects that push him in new directions rather than following a set formula.
